Mr. Faucett practiced general civil litigation for three years before joining the firm and has over eight years of experience in patent infringement litigation and the protection ofintellectual property rights. Mr. Faucett has been the lead or co-counsel in more than 30patent litigation lawsuits in various federal courts from coast to coast. Mr. Faucett is one of the five patent litigation lawyers of Clearman Prebeg, whose practice focuses primarily oncontingency fee patent litigation to recover patent infringement damages for domestic and international clients. While focusing on plaintiffs' contingent fee litigation in the intellectual property area, Mr. Faucett also represents major corporations in infringement litigation.
